Concraft group was founded in 1991. It is engaged in precision mold, plastic molding and metal parts stamping and forging. It soon became an important cooperative manufacturer of the world-famous connector factory, and independently designed plastic mold, stamping, injection and automation equipment. The turnover exceeded 2 billion yuan. Since 2000, it has directly supplied the demand of the pen and TV communication industry with the brand of Concraft, including professionals in electronic communication, mold, stamping, injection, automation, etc. the mold level has evolved from 0.01mm to 0.002mm, and the production capacity has evolved from human intensive to clean automation.

Precision mold is an important product line of Concraft, and its manufacturing is particularly critical to the efficient production of high-quality stamping parts and plastic parts. Concraft has the ability of design and development of precision mold, can apply mold flow analysis to support DFM design and selection of plastic materials, and the first-class CNC processing equipment lays the foundation for the multi product and diversified development of enterprises.

Digital tools are the advantages of an enterprise only when it develops to a certain scale. With the rapid development of the group's diversification and scale, the business platform of the industrial chain continues to extend, and the leadership realizes the importance of digital tools, the construction of the group's management and control platform and the improvement of the business operation information pattern are imminent.

In May 2015, KANGLONG electronics and Kangerfu, Kunshan factory of Concraft group, officially launched Fangtian B9 cloud platform management software, which is fully applied in supply chain, production management, outsourcing management, product cost accounting, operation accounting, financial accounting and barcode management. Orientation of this informatization construction: Based on the integration of industry, finance and taxation, it is the main road of high-speed information highway supporting the company's multi latitude financial accounting and operation analysis and management report.

Materials and BOM are synchronized with ERP system through PLM, and relevant information is maintained in ERP system. By sorting the master data such as materials, customers, suppliers, accounts, etc., we can avoid the phenomenon of customers and materials with one object and multiple codes, unify the data sharing language between companies, and lay a good foundation for group business collaboration. Through docking with PLM system, it not only saves manpower, but also enhances the timeliness and accuracy of materials and bill of materials, and improves user experience.

After nine months of efforts, KANGLONG electronics and Kangerfu have preliminarily completed the construction of digital management platform based on the cloud platform of Fangtian B9. Through B9 link each business system, information resource integration and sharing and multi organization unified management are realized.
