OSG was founded in 1938. As one of OSG's wholly-owned subsidiaries in China, Dabao (Dongguan) mould cutting tools Co., Ltd. was established in March 1996, located in Dalang Town, Dongguan City, a famous manufacturing city in South China. The company mainly produces precision cutting tools such as screw tap, thread pressing die plate, tooth wheel, etc. The company has passed the certification of German TUV certification company ISO 9001-2000, and obtained OSG global quality certification in 2008.

 


 

After more than ten years of operation and development in China, with the strong support of OSG, the leadership of the current chairman, Mr. yuanfuji, and the general manager, Mr. Huiyi Kada, and with the concerted efforts of all employees, Dabao company has been able to continue to thrive. At present, it has hundreds of member stores in China, and its products involve it, automobile, aviation, railway, bridge and other industries.

 


 

In 2008, Taiwan's founder group cooperated with OSG Co., Ltd. to provide information construction services for all companies in OSG Greater China, namely tosg Taiwan's Dabao group. Tosg invested heavily in financial, human and material resources. As a result, Founder group is also a united and committed company. After two years of implementation, it has crossed over three places, dozens of provinces and helped tosg establish a system The perfect and powerful ERP system strongly supports the rapid development of tosg.

In 2011, tosg has put forward higher requirements for the other party, and it is expected that founder will help Dabao (Dongguan) mould cutting tools to establish a workshop automation integration system, namely MES (Manufacturing Execution System) manufacturing execution system, namely the following modules:

Provide real-time information of production activities (from the beginning of the order, the issuance of the work order to the completion of product manufacturing and warehousing). The data collector is fully used in the workshop site to realize real-time wireless transmission.

Be able to make appropriate response and report on the status and production activities of each industry manufacturing site.

Users (including field operators, department heads, plant supervisors, enterprises and supply chain partners, etc.) can respond to real-time changes in production through billboards, and focus on production activities to reduce defect rate and increase output value, so as to effectively manage plant operation and production process.

Provide the actual data of each factory equipment to the financial system to calculate the cost and efficiency.

It is used to command the activities of production line, and then realize the overall goal of the enterprise.

Track and control all kinds of information related to the products in process in the factory, provide correct real-time information for the product manufacturing manager, and control the production process, machine equipment and process parameters of the factory's production work order, production batch or component, so as to track the production process, so that the field data can be recorded in real time and correctly.

Users (high-level managers, field supervisors, production management, process and related business units) can make the most accurate and real-time production information through the data or reports collected by the system, so as to achieve the goal of accurate and rapid field production and business decisions.

The WIP management module is responsible for processing work order opening, production batch opening (or component offline), process card printing, station posting (assembly, inspection, maintenance, etc.), in and out of warehouse processing. In addition, in addition to processing the necessary categories and quantities of defective products, it also includes exception processing, exception processing, batch dismantling, batch merging and outsourcing functions.

Combined with Fangtian ERP enterprise resource system and Fangtian SCM management system, it provides the most authentic and critical information required in sales activities.

So far, through the implementation of Dabao (Dongguan) mould cutting tools, we have realized the delicacy of Japanese factory management and the high automation of workshop, and accumulated valuable experience for Fangtian group to participate in more large-scale transnational ERP systems.
