The initial ERP system introduced by Lianchang is an internal development independent system, but with the improvement of the company's requirements for production automation and information management, it has been unable to go deep into the on-site production process, such as generating a work order message from each work station. Based on the ERP system, we will further deepen the cooperation with Fangtian, import MES system, assist in the management and control of production and manufacturing, and make the management of resources more timely and transparent. We hope to get through the workshop through MES, make every work station in every process information transparent, respond to problems and improve, improve on-site management ability, reduce error rate and restrict personnel cost.

On December 6, 2016, Lianchang Co., Ltd. and Fangtian Co., Ltd. held the kick-off meeting of ERP management software project for moulds. Nearly 40 people attended the kick-off meeting, which proved that Lianchang senior management attached great importance to the mould management system. At the meeting, vice president Tang of the mold department said: since the development of our company's mold department, the scale has been growing. If we don't make information in time, the company will stagnate. In this selection process, I also evaluated many mold systems, some of which can't meet our needs, some of which are only single MES systems, rather than group solutions. It is not in line with our future planning.
